By reviewing factory's policies, procedures and practices for obtaining, implementing, and retaining current information on local and national laws concerning all aspects of the Code of Conduct to ensure suppliers are well compliance with both local legal requirements as well as global protocols

Zero Tolerance

Comprehensive reviews to ensure factories do not infringe on our zero tolerance policies as in Child and Forced Labour, Discrimination, Harassment, Women’s Rights and Fire and Occupational Safety

Encourage Transparency

Continuous monitoring of Working Hours, Wages and Benefits at our suppliers’ factories. Set up periodic KPIs and programs as remediation plan. The overall objective is not to penalize factories, but to encourage transparency while establishing plans for improvements

Health and Safety

Thorough and timely Health and Safety assessments to facilities that make the products we source. Support our suppliers to establish and maintain a sustainable system onsite to ensure the workplace be safe and healthy, and comply in all material respects with all applicable local, national and international laws regarding the provisions of a safe, hygienic and healthy working environment. Support suppliers take steps to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses, and train employees to use safe workplace practices
